1.Who we are and what this covers
Digital Horsepower, Inc. (“DHP,” “we,” “us”) is a search and performance marketing agency for law firms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with report.digitalhp.com, our AI Visibility Report and diagnostic, the intake forms and scheduling pages on this site, our webinars, and the emails, calls, and texts related to them (together, the “Service”).
The Service is built for law firms and the people who work at them. It is a business-to-business service and is not directed to consumers.
By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Your use is also governed by our Terms of Service.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, role, email address, and phone number.
- Firm details: firm name, website, office locations, practice areas, and markets served.
- Business metrics: figures you choose to enter so we can estimate the revenue impact of your visibility, such as average fee per case, cases signed per month, lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-signed rates, and marketing or ad spend.
- Scheduling and webinar details: the times you book, your registration and attendance, and anything you tell us during a call or webinar.
- Communications: messages, replies, and requests you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Campaign data: ad and campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs) that tell us which ad or link brought you here.
- Cookies and similar technologies: described in Section 6.
- Email engagement: whether our emails are delivered and opened and whether links are clicked.
Information from other sources
- Public search and web data about your firm: to build your report, we analyze publicly available information such as search engine results, AI assistant and answer-engine responses, map and local listings, Google Business Profile data, online reviews, your website’s content and technical structure, and competitor visibility in your market.
- Advertising platforms: if you submit a lead form inside an ad platform such as Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you entered there.
3.How we use information
- To produce, deliver, and explain your preliminary report and, if you request or book one, your full diagnostic.
- To schedule and hold strategy calls and webinars, and to send confirmations and reminders.
- To contact you about your report and about DHP services you may be interested in, as described in Section 7.
- To measure and improve our ads, pages, report methodology, and the Service.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraudulent submissions, and enforce our Terms.
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
4.How we treat your business metrics
The business metrics you enter are confidential. We use them only to prepare your report and to discuss it with you. We do not publish them, sell them, or disclose them to other firms, and we do not identify your firm in any comparison shown to anyone else.
We may use business metrics in aggregated, de-identified form, meaning they cannot reasonably be linked back to you or your firm, to improve how our reports calculate estimates.
Please don’t submit client names, case details, or any information protected by attorney-client privilege or confidentiality obligations. The Service doesn’t need it, and we don’t ask for it.
5.Automated processing and AI
Reports are generated largely by automated systems. We use software, third-party data services, and AI models to gather public data about your firm’s visibility, analyze it, and draft report content. DHP team members may review reports before or after delivery.
We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Report findings are marketing analysis, not determinations about you.
We do not sell your information to AI providers or give it to them to train their general-purpose models.
7.Emails, calls, and texts
When you submit a form on this site, we will email you about your report. If you give us your phone number and agree to it on the form, DHP may call or text you at that number about your report, your booking, webinars, and our services, including by automated means. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of receiving a report or buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
- Texts: reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls: tell us on the call, or email us, and we’ll add you to our internal do-not-call list.
We may still send non-marketing messages about a booking or request you’ve made. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
9.How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this Policy. As a guide:
- Reports, intake submissions, and business metrics: up to 36 months after your last interaction with us, unless you become a DHP client, in which case your client agreement governs.
- Website and advertising analytics: generally up to 26 months.
- Opt-out and do-not-contact records: as long as needed to honor your request.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
10.Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including encryption in transit, access controls limited to people who need the data, and hosting on reputable infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
11.Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, including your report and business metrics;
- stop using your information for targeted advertising or marketing.
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@digitalhp.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We’ll verify your request using the contact details we have on file and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need more time as the law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written proof of authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we’ll answer the appeal within the time required by law.
12.Children
The Service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
13.Where we process information
DHP is based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
14.Other websites
Our site and reports may link to third-party websites and platforms. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
15.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we’ll give additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the site, before the changes take effect.
